Refund Policy
Effective: May 20, 2026
All sales are final except as expressly described below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.
Standard refunds
- More than 60 days before camp — refund of ticket price minus a $50 processing fee
- 31–60 days before camp — 50% refund
- 30 days or fewer before camp — no refund
The "before camp" date is measured against July 30, 2026. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person, subject to our approval, up to 14 days before camp. A $25 transfer fee applies. The new attendee must meet all eligibility requirements and accept all camp terms. Email info@commongroundcamp.com with the new attendee's details.
Pass-type changes are allowed if space permits. We will refund or charge the difference, less a $25 change fee.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel the camp in full, you will receive a refund of the ticket price (minus processing fees) or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, time off work, or any other costs you incur. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
We may also modify the schedule, location, programming, or speakers at any time without refund obligation.
Force majeure
We are not obligated to issue refunds for cancellations or modifications caused by acts of God, weather, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor dispute, infrastructure failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Removal from camp
If you are removed for violating our Camp Policies or Terms, no refund will be issued.
No-shows
No-shows receive no refund and no credit.
How to request
Email info@commongroundcamp.com with your name, order number, and reason. We will respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 additional business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy, we will dispute it and may ban you from future events. You agree to pay any costs we incur defending the chargeback.
